We offer 3 different options so you can choose the one that best suits your needs:

- Option 2: Host international students
- Option 3: Room rental abroad
With Options 1 and 2, you can be hosted anywhere in the world to pursue your studies starting from 0 euros per month plus fees for our plans. Whatever your exchange program (Erasmus, SEMP, Turing, Fulbright, PAME, ELAP, MEXT, CSC, Endeavour, ...), you are welcome.

What do we offer?
We offer packages with a legal guarantee including a lease signed by
the student and the host detailing rights
and obligations. Packages optionally include health insurance and student visa processing.
In case of disputes, we offer mediation sessions
to address concerns from both student
and host to reach mutually agreed solutions.
Optionally, at the host's request, we can request criminal background
and credit checks for students.

Plus security deposit: Equivalent to 1 month's rent. This money becomes the legal deposit upon receiving the keys. It is transferred to the owner and fully refunded to you at the end of the contract if the property has suffered no damage.}
