If you are looking to rent an apartment or a room abroad in the most direct way, without hosting students or exchanging rooms, we offer you our traditional rental method. We take care of finding the best options that fit your profile, providing our professional mediation and full legal security.

What do we offer in our Rental Program?

We find you a room in a shared apartment or an individual apartment if you prefer to live alone, making sure it matches your lifestyle. We offer you legal guarantee through a rental agreement drafted in different languages clearly outlining the rights and duties of both the student and the landlord.

To guarantee excellent coexistence, the contract includes rules for managing cleaning, the use of common spaces (such as the bathroom or kitchen) and quiet hours. In addition, to prevent fraud, we thoroughly verify the documentation of the landlord and the property before your arrival.

Rental Plan

Payment per student
No exchange or hosting

Reservation and Legal Verification Fee: 50% equal to one month's rent (One-time payment)

Plus security deposit (1 month)

Plus security deposit: Equivalent to 1 month's rent. This money becomes the legal deposit upon receiving the keys. It is transferred to the owner and fully refunded to you at the end of the contract if the property has suffered no damage.}

Plus advance rent: 1 or 2 months' rent (according to the owner's terms). This covers the payment of the first monthly rent payments, securely managed before your arrival.}.

Does not include:

- Utility costs ( electricity, water, internet, etc. regulated in the contract}).
